1. Acceptance & Compliance

By accessing or using the website (www.indtechsolutions.com) or services provided by IndTech Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable statutory regulations of the Republic of India. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this site and services.

2. Compliance with Indian Cyber Laws

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and Section 43A & Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, along with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

In accordance with Indian Law, you agree that you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that:

• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right.
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable.
• Harmful to minors or violates the provisions of the DPDP Act 2023 regarding children's data.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights.
• Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly communicates false or misleading information.
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order.
• Contains software virus or any computer code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All website materials—including code, algorithms, visual designs, graphics, branding, text, logos, and software solutions—are the exclusive intellectual property of IndTech Solutions and protected under Indian Copyright and Trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, IndTech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services. Our total aggregate liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the fees paid by you to IndTech Solutions for the specific service rendered.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of India.

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
